Terms and Conditions of 2018 Special Offer for former
customer (“Rebate Offer”)
The below terms
and conditions only applicable for designated former customers
1.
The
Rebate Offer promotion period is from October 1, 2018 to October 31, 2018, both
dates inclusive.
2.
The
Rebate Offer is only applicable to designated former customers (“Eligible
Customer”) who completed or cancelled a personal loan offered by Finance One
Limited from July 1, 2018 to September 30, 2018, both dates inclusive and
successfully apply and drawdown a personal loan with loan tenor 12 months or
above during the promotion period. Customers who hold any active personal loan
account offered by Finance One Limited are not eligible.
3.
The
Rebate Offer is available on a first-come, first served basis.
4.
The
maximum cash rebate for each Eligible Customer is capped at HK$3000. Cash
rebate amount is stated below:

5.
The
rebate offer is only applicable to the first application within the promotion
period and can be taken once only.
6.
The
entitled cash rebate will be directly credited to the customer’s bank account
before, on or after customer’s third repayment depends on the cash rebate
amount. Bank may charge a handling fee and the related handling fee will be
deducted directly from the cash rebate.
7.
Eligible
Customer’s personal loan account must be valid and in good condition without
late payment or early payment, otherwise Finance One Limited reserves the right
to forfeit the eligibility of a Rebate Offer Eligible Customer to participate
in this promotion.
8.
The
Rebate Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
9.
Finance
One Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time
without prior notice.
10.
In case
of disputes, the decision of Finance One Limited shall be final and conclusive.
11.
In the
event of discrepancy or inconsistency between this English version of the terms
and conditions and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
2018特選客戶回贈優惠之條款及細則(「回贈優惠」)
以下條款只適用於指定舊客戶
1. 回贈優惠推廣期為2018月10月1日至2018年10月31日（包括首尾兩日）。
2.
回贈優惠只適用於推廣期內成功申請及提取日本網絡通財務有限公司還款期為12個月或以上之私人貸款，且於2018月7月1日至2018年9月30日（包括首尾兩日）結束或取消由日本網絡通財務有限公司所提供之私人貸款帳戶，並於申請當日並未持有任何由日本網絡通財務有限公司所提供之私人貸款活躍帳戶之新客戶 (「合資格客戶」)。
3.
回贈優惠名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。
4.
合資格客戶可獲高達HK$3000現金回贈，現金回贈金額計算如下：

5.
回贈優惠只適用於合資格客戶於推廣期內的第一次申請，並只能領取回贈優惠一次。
6.
獲享之現金回贈金額將於第三期還款以前或以後視乎現金回贈金額直接存入客戶之銀行戶口。銀行可能會收取手續費，有關之手續費將會於現金回贈中直接扣除。
7.
合資格客戶需保持其日本網絡通財務有限公司私人貸款戶口狀況良好，並無逾期還款或提早還款，否則優惠將被取消。
8.
此優惠不能與其他推廣優惠同時使用。
9.
日本網絡通財務有限公司保留修改此條款及細則之權利而毋須預先另行通知。
10.
如有任何爭議，日本網絡通財務有限公司保留最終決定權。
11.
所有條款及細則之中、英文版如有歧異，一概以英文版為準。
